As you may recall my e-mail has been sick and, after one whole month, it is now in working order again! I am therefore taking the opportunity to thank you for your part in arranging such a wonderful trip that went without a hitch from beginning to end.

Your assistance at Johannesburg airport was much appreciated in setting us off to a good start.
The highlights from your point of view were:-

• Hacklewood Hill Country House ("Flamingo" Suite) -absolutely superb
• Milkwood Bay Guest House ("Ivory Bay" Room) -awesome
• Rusthof Country House -delightful

We particularly appreciated the service and atmosphere of the smaller hotels and met many interesting people.
The car hire was excellent and we even had a free upgrade which served us well over 2000 Km.

As I said previously it was a memorable holiday -so much so that my wife is already talking about another visit!

Even when we miss the boat, the impression is great!

If it is any consolation your quote beat a UK African Tour specialist by over R11,000 in total. I would suggest that you ply your trade more often over here in the UK...Once again sorry we cannot work together this time.
